Lyndsey worked as a nurse for 13 years specializing in cardiac surgery, while also spending 5 years in forensics and as an aesthetic injector. Feeling like she was missing that patient interaction and follow-up, she sought out continued education to become a nurse practitioner. She received her bachelor of science In nursing as well as her masters of science in nursing – family nurse practitioner from the university of Phoenix. Lyndsey has a strong passion for empowering women to take control of their health. Lyndsey is an Arizona native (rise up Red Sea!) with two young daughters and husband that keep her very busy. She loves spending time with her family outdoors. On her days off, you can find Lyndsey camping, riding her horses, paddle boarding, or snowboarding. Life is too short to sit still.
