Dr. Nishant Patel became part of the HealthyU Clinics team in December 2024 following the acquisition of an FCPP practice in Modesto, CA. Dr. Patel treats patients with acute and chronic illnesses, while focusing on healthy lifestyles and preventative care. His passion is helping patients make life-long healthy behavior changes. He believes that creating a good foundation of communication and setting realistic goals help his patients manage their chronic conditions. Dr. Patel provides healthcare for adults and children of any age. Outside of the office, Dr. Patel enjoys soccer, reading, hiking, bike riding, kayaking, watching movies and taking long drives.
