What is Telehealth?
Telehealth allows patients to get medical advice from a licensed healthcare professional via an online video-conferencing platform. Whether you’re at home, at the office, or out of town, you can access the same care you would receive in person.
When to Schedule an Appointment
You can schedule a telehealth appointment if you need professional medical advice for an injury or illness. Our providers will meet with you virtually to discuss your symptoms and determine whether you need an in-person appointment. These are the services we offer over telehealth:

What to Expect
Once you schedule a telehealth appointment, our team will contact you with the information you will need to log into the online platform via your phone, tablet, or computer. Be sure you have a strong internet connection for your appointment. We recommend logging onto the platform a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time to make sure everything is good to go.
Depending on your current health status and your discussion with a provider, we may recommend a follow-up appointment or refer you to a specialist. If you have any questions or concerns ahead of time, feel free to contact us.
